Our fleet includes two sleek Black Haval H6 Hybrid SUVs for a touch of class and a spacious LDV 11-seater shuttle van for groups. Whether you’re heading to the airport, arranging transport for a conference or wedding party, or planning a trip to anywhere across Northland & beyond, we’ve got you sorted.  Booking is quick and easy through our online system. Payments are accepted online after booking confirmation, or by EFTPOS, PayWave, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.  Need something special? **Terms & Conditions**
By making a booking with **Sandz Airport Shuttle**, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Bookings and Cancellations**

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time with incur a 20% cancellation fee.

**2. Deposits**

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
If a booking is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the original pick-up time, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking at Sandz Airport Shuttle’s discretion.

**3. Service Changes**

Sandz Airport Shuttle reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, road closures, operational issues).
In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to notify clients and offer an alternative arrangement or refund of any deposit paid.

**4. Client Responsibility**

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and travel information at the time of booking.
Any costs arising from incorrect details supplied by the client may be charged to the client.



**5. Delays & Waiting Time**

We monitor arrival flights ‘LIVE’ whenever possible. However, significant delays outside of our control may result in changes to your transfer time or an additional waiting fee.
A grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time is included. After this period, waiting charges may apply at our current hourly or part-hourly rate.
If a delayed flight or late arrival means we are unable to provide the service as booked, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule subject to availability.

**6. Payment Terms**

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required at the time of service or prior to travel.
We accept EFTPOS, PayWave, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. Online payments via STRIPE also available.
Invoices (if issued) must be settled by the due date specified. Late payments may attract a surcharge or recovery costs.
Additional charges, such as waiting time or unscheduled stops, are payable at the time they occur.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment used and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

**7. Behaviour, Safety & Child Seats**

All passengers must wear seatbelts where always fitted and follow driver instructions.
Smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is **not permitted** in any vehicle.
Sandz Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
Parents or caregivers are responsible for supplying, fitting and securing any required child car seats or booster seats in accordance with New Zealand transport regulations. 
Sandz Airport Shuttle staff can assist at their discretion but are not responsible for the installation or suitability of child restraints provided by passengers.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged to the responsible person.
A soiling fee of $250 may be charged for cleaning and sanitising if a passenger soils or damages the interior of the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.

**8. Liability**

While all reasonable care is taken, Sandz Airport Shuttle accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal items during transportation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring their belongings are securely stored and collected upon arrival at their destination.

**9. General**

By confirming a booking with Sandz Airport Shuttle, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.

Sandz were extremely accommodating for our shuttle from the bus drop in Kerikeri to the airport. First, the inter city bus was late, so we missed our pickup time, thus also missing our rental car pickup time at the airport. The Sandz driver waited with us until the rental car agent arrived. Due to some travel snags on my end my pick up time from a motel in Kerikeri to lodging in Pukenui got bumped around a bit but Sandy and team remained responsive and accommodating. At on time pick up Richie couldn’t have been nicer - getting my bike and bags into his lift with care and then pointing out local sites along the way.  Great experience, highly recommend!

Sandy saved me! I went to the Bay of Islands on a whim and no plans other than a hotel booked. When I got to the Kerikeri airport I had expected a few taxi’s to be waiting - and there were none. I had no idea what to do, when Sandy approached me and said that her passenger was ok with sharing her ride with me. I was so thankful.  I booked Sandy for my return trip and asked if we could stop at a waterfall along the way. She of course agreed and we enjoyed the falls together. She is WONDERFUL.
