Hi, I’m Ruby Zuniga, the artist behind make up by Ruby. I’m a proud Mexican-American make up artist based in Los Angeles. I’ve been doing makeup since 2015 — officially certified in 2018. What started out as playing pretend with my mom’s and sisters’ makeup turned into a passion that helped me build confidence and discover my true love for beauty. I specialize in glam make up - from full glam to soft glam- and I’m currently expanding into the bridal make up industry. Blending timeless beauty with a modern touch, my goal is to bring out your natural features while giving you that soft, radiant glow that photographs beautifully and lasts all day. Every session includes hydrating skincare prep, because I believe great makeup starts with great skin. My kit is a mix of affordable products and a luxury favorites — because it’s not about the price tag, it’s about creating the perfect look that makes you feel amazing. As a Latina make up artist, I love creating looks that celebrate individuality, confidence, and cultura.
