A $10 refundable holding fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee protects your appointment time and is not used toward services or supplies. Holding fee must be sent to Cash App $royaltbeautyhouse. If deposit is not sent 1 hour prior to booking, the appointment will be cancelled. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH unless an agreement has been made with stylist. Please allow 24–48 hours for responses. Business hours are 8AM–8PM. Messages are answered in the order received—please do not double text. 🚫 No Call / No Show: Clients who DO NOT contact me and fail to attend their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and will be blocked from booking future appointments. ⏰ Late Policy: You have a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 mins will result in a $15 late fee. Anything after 20 minutes will result in a cancellation. 🔁 Cancellation: Must be done 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may result in loss of your appointment & can no longer rebook. 🤬Disrepect Policy: If for any reason during your appointment I feel disrespected in any way I will ask you to leave the establishment and you will be charged 50% of total balance if I’m half way done you will be charged 100% of total balance. 💳 Payments: Fraudulent or false payment claims will result in permanent blocking Clients must arrive on time and ready to be serviced. Professionalism and respect are expected at all times. ⸻ 💜 CHILDREN (Ages 1-9) 💜 Children must arrive with hair washed, fully blown out, clean, oil-free & plaited in 4 sections. 🚫 Wash & blow-dry services are NOT provided for children Failure to properly prep your child’s hair may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. We proudly service children who may be tender-headed, have autism, or other special needs. Our goal is to provide a patient, calm, and comfortable experience. ⸻ PARENT / GUARDIAN POLICY Due to suite rules, parents are not allowed to remain during the service. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THIS POLICY A live camera viewing option will be provided for your child’s appointment for comfort and reassurance (details sent prior to appointment). ⸻ TRAVEL POLICY Travel appointments are available starting at $50+ and must be booked in advance.
