Kindly arrive 15 mins before your appointment. 2. If you are running late let us know in time. If you are late by more than 15 mins it may result in your treat being cut short or rescheduled. 3. Kindly reschedule your appointment atleast 24hours before. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, kindly note a 25% fee will be required to reschedule. 4. You can only reschedule an appointment once, if you fail to commit your deposit will be forfeited. 5. A R200 fee payable for anytime before & after working hours. 6. A R20 fee is payable for all cash deposits. 7. The remainder will be settled on the day of the appointment.Please note we don’t accept cash but we do have a swiping machine.
