Raye’Markable Moments Photography

By booking a session with Raye’ Markable Moments Photography, the client agrees to the following: Booking, Rescheduling, Retainers • Retainer is of half of the full service. It is required to secure all sessions and is applied toward the total session cost. • Remaining balances, if any, are due 24 hours prior to photoshoot • Nonnegotiable $25 Rescheduling Fee • NO SHOW FEE $30 • No Refunds of Photography service if client isn’t please with results please contact owner for any discrepancies. Arrival Time & Late Policy • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session this is required to respect the time of the Photographer and other clients. UNLESS APPROVED BY PHOTOGRAPHER. • A grace period of up to 5 minutes is allowed. • Arrivals later than 5 minutes may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund, & a no show fee. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling Fee $25 • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. • Requests made in less than 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture retainer. • Emergency rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Capture & Covered Photography. Studio Fees • Studio rental fees are not included unless stated otherwise. • Studio costs vary depending on location and duration and typically range from $65–$175 per hour Photographer IS NOT responsible for studio cost. • Clients are responsible for all studio rental fees. Overtime Fees • Bookings exceeding the agreed upon time will incur overtime fees. A minimum of 15 mins for $40 • Overtime is billed in increments of 15 mins and must be paid before final image delivery. Travel Fees • Travel costs vary based on distance and location and will be discussed prior to session. Image Usage & Rights • Capture & Cover Photography retains the copyright to all images. • The photographer has the full right to use all images from the session for marketing, advertising, portfolio use, social media, website content, and promotional materials. Right to Refuse Service • Capture & Cover Photography reserves the right to deny or terminate service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, harassment, or failure to comply with these terms. Agreement By submitting a booking request, paying retainer, or participating in a session, the client and guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
