I am 1 hour behind Eastern Time, 1 hour ahead of mountain time, and 2 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time. ▪︎ Once you have selected your time, please send payment to the paypal or Venmo link below. For text or phone support, you must have had an in person or virtual coaching session in the last 14 days. ▪︎For any appointment that is canceled within 48 hours of your appointment time, you are responsible for 100% of your service . ▪︎All payments are final, and refunds are not available once payment has been received. ▪︎All lessons which require travel are charged at .75 per mile and accommodations are added to the coaching fee.
