Boarding Policies & Requirements 🐾 🐶 Requirements • Small to medium-sized dogs only • Must be friendly and social • Must be in good health • Up-to-date vaccinations required (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) • Proof of vaccination required before booking 💳 Booking & Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation • Space is limited and reserved per dog 📅 Cancellations • Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance • Late cancellations may incur fees • Deposits are non-refundable ⏰Check-in windows: • 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Check-out: • By 11:00 AM on the final day of boarding • Check-outs after 11:00 AM may incur a late care fee • Check-outs after 6:00 PM will be considered an additional overnight stay 🐜 Fleas & Parasites • Dogs must arrive clean and pest-free • Treatment, if needed, will be at the owner’s expense 🚑 Emergency Care • Veterinary care will be provided if necessary • All medical costs are the owner’s responsibility ⚠️ Behavior • Dogs must be manageable in a home environment • Aggressive behavior may require early pick-up 🚫 Service Refusal We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk ✔ Agreement By booking, you agree to the policies above

HOLIDAY & PEAK BOARDING 🐾

Holiday and peak-season rates apply during high-demand travel periods when availability is limited. This includes: • New Year’s • Easter • Memorial Day • Mother’s Day • Father’s Day • Independence Day (July 4th) • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Christmas • Summer peak travel (June–August) During these times, pups enjoy the same loving, home-based care with supervised playtime and daily photo updates 🤍🐾 Holiday bookings fill quickly, and early reservations are highly recommended. A deposit is required to secure holiday bookings and will be applied toward your total. Due to high demand, an increased deposit is required for all holiday stays. Remaining balance is due at check-in. Check-in is available between 8–11 AM or 4–6 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. Pickups after 6 PM will be considered an additional overnight stay.

Separate Care is required when a dog needs to be kept apart from others due to behavior, health, or special circumstances (such as going into heat during their stay). This includes: • One-on-one supervision • Separate rest/play areas • Additional cleaning and care Fee: $25 per night (in addition to boarding rate) Subject to availability and approval

Pickups after 6PM are considered an additional overnight stay Your pup will continue with full care including supervision, feeding, potty breaks, and routine. This is charged as a full overnight rate.

Doggy Daycare 🐶

Daycare is $30 Monday–Thursday and $35 Friday–Sunday. Check-out is by 6 PM. Pickups after 6 PM will be considered an overnight stay and charged accordingly. Payment is required in full prior to or at check-in. No deposit is required for daycare bookings. Your pup will enjoy a safe, cozy, home-style environment with supervised play, rest time, and lots of love throughout the day 🤍🐾

Spa Bath & Freshen Up 🛁

A gentle refresh to keep your pup clean, comfortable, and feeling their best during their stay. Perfect before heading home. Includes: • Brushing • Paw pad hair trim • Light tidy-up • Complimentary bandana or bow 🎀 Available as an add-on during boarding or as a standalone service. Please note: This is a light refresh service designed to keep your pup clean and comfortable. It does not include full haircuts, breed-specific styling, or dematting.

Meet & Greet 🤝

🐾 Meet & Greet A Meet & Greet is a short visit before booking where you can come meet us, see our home, and view the space where your pet will be staying. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have. During the visit we will: • Show you the areas where the dogs sleep and play • Explain our daily routine (feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and rest time) • Review important information about your dog (diet, vaccinations, behavior, and any special needs) • Answer any questions you may have The visit typically lasts 15–20 minutes and is scheduled in advance. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident knowing your dog will be staying in a safe, loving, and home-like environment. 🐶💛
