Service Adjustment & Refund Policy Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I always want you to love your results. If you have any concerns regarding your hair, lash, or nail service, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so I can review the concern and determine if an adjustment is needed. If a concern is reported within 24 hours, I may offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate. After 24 hours without communication, the service is considered accepted. Due to factors outside of the appointment such as aftercare, daily wear, products used, washing, or exposure to water/chemicals, I am unable to offer refunds or complimentary corrections after this time frame. I do not offer refunds on completed services. However, I am always happy to work with clients who reach out within the stated time frame to ensure the best possible outcome.
