VACCINATIONS: all pets must be current on all vaccines as required by the New York State health department. Grooming will be denied without proper paperwork. RABIES with certificate or lot number with date given and received, DHPP and BORDETTELA. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: if there was no given notice for a missed appointment on more than one occasion, the client will then be required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments. we understand emergencies arise as we allow one missed appointment for exemption. LATE APPOINTMENTS: past 15 minutes may be subjected to denial of grooming and rescheduled. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time.
