By booking an appointment with OhMyLash & ItzBrisNails, you acknowledge and accept the following policies: a $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, or verbal/text confirmation for regular clients confirming your understanding of these policies. Without a deposit, no appointment will be made. A valid ID and credit card must be on file. For clients under 18, a parent must be informed and provide their ID and phone number. Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance for your deposit to transfer; otherwise, no refund will be issued. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may incur a 50% charge to the card on file. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours' notice or a 50% charge will apply. A 10-minute grace period applies; after which, the appointment will be canceled. Fills require at least 60% of lashes; otherwise, full set pricing applies. No refunds are provided for services rendered. Please communicate any concerns regarding your service clearly.
