Booking Policy & Terms Thank you for choosing Nails By Aloha Los Feliz 💖 Please review our booking policy before confirming your appointment. ⸻ 🔹 Deposit Policy A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The deposit will be applied toward your total service. • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours before your appointment. ⸻ 🔹 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy • Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment time. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may be subject to future booking restrictions. ⸻ 🔹 Nail Tech Requests • If you have a preferred nail tech, please mention their name in the appointment notes when booking. • We’ll do our best to honor requests based on availability. ⸻ 🔹 Two Nail Techs at the Same Time • If you’d like two nail techs to work on you at the same time (for faster service), please leave a note in your booking request so we can arrange it in advance. ⸻ 🔹 Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time.
