Policies & Terms By booking an appointment with Nails Redefined, you acknowledge and agree to the following Policies & Terms. Nails Redefined reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment when necessary. You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible in the event of a change. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to choose your color and prepare for your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Fees will be charged to card on file. In the event fee cannot be collected automatically for any reason, fee must be paid within 24 hours and prior to rescheduling. • Less than 48 hours notice: A fee of 50% of the booked service may apply. • Less than 24 hours notice: A fee of 100% of the booked service may apply. • No-show: A fee of 100% of the booked service will apply and will need to be paid before any rebooking occur. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking future appointments. Future services already booked will be canceled if owed fee is not paid within 24 hours of missed service.
