Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. No showing or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
