• A £5 non-Refundable deposit must be paid before the appointment is confirmed. • Clients have up to 24hrs before their appointment to cancel or change dates, any cancellations made 24hrs prior to the appointment will be charged a £10 cancellation fee, so please ensure I’m notified about any changes to your appointment as soon as possible. • Clients have a 15min “grace period”, this means if you are running later then 15 minuites past your appointment start time your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged with a cancellation fee. • Children are welcome but they are your responsibility, please tell them to respect my home. Please note I am a small buisness and can’t afford to lose money hence I have these policies in place. I allow services to everyone from children to adults, even those with additional needs who may need an artist more patient, I make sure every one’s nails are looking top shape! However with this being said I do work with chemicals therefore I do have age restrictions on my services. I am happy to do gel nails on children aged 6 and over, however acrylic extentions I only offer to those ages 11 and above. I also live on a 1st floor with no lift so unfortunately I cannot accept wheelchair users or those who use walking aids at this time, thank you for your understanding.
