Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by My Waxed Kitty +. By booking with My Waxed Kitty +, you agree to these Policies & Terms. My Waxed Kitty + may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may result in being blocked. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
