ALL PRICES VARY DUE TO: SIZE/WEIGHT, COAT TYPE, COAT CONDITION, & TEMPERAMENT • Puppy Age & Vaccinations • NO Vaccinations required UNLESS a Bite Hazard or Puppy. Minimum Age: 10 weeks old Parent must provide proof that the puppy received at least Two of the following rounds of Puppy Vaccinations: 6-8 weeks: 1st DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) 10-12 weeks: 2nd DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella 14-16 weeks: 3rd DHPP, 2nd Leptospirosis, Rabies • Cancellations & No-Shows • Clients can Cancel any time prior to their booked appointment. First No-Show: 10 minutes - Appointment Reminder Text 20 minutes - Marked as No-Show Following No-Shows: 5 minutes - Appointment Reminder Text 15 minutes - Marked as No-Show * Client will be sent a text, informing them their Appointment has been Cancelled, and they will need to Reschedule.* • Pick Up • Dogs must be picked up within 1 hour after their parent received the “Ready for Pick-up” message. After 1 hour, there will be a late pick up fee from $5. Exceeding 1 hour, the Late fee will go up $5 every 30 minutes. • Booking Deposit Fee • Each grooming service over $30 holds a Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Fee. The Booking fee is to hold your appointment, and will be applied to your Service Total. If a Client Cancels their appointment or is a No-Show, they are NOT refunded their Booking Deposit fee. • Dog Transportation • Clients within a 18 mile radius have access to Dog Transportation, where the groomer transports a client dog to and from their appointment.
