Not reviewing these details may result in cancellation or rescheduling. 💳 Payments • Cash only for the remaining balance. • Deposits: Each service requires a $25 deposit, which must be paid through the booking site only. • Please do not pay in full through the site only deposits are accepted online. 💇 Hair • We are located in the Midwest area of Houston, Texas. • If you purchase a wig with us rest assured your wig will be ready for pickup or installation, customized exactly how you want it. You will be contacted with exact details • Wigs/Bundles: Please drop off wigs or bundles that need customization at least 2 days before your appointment. A 50$-75$ fee could apply for same day customization. • For last-minute bookings, please text me directly for availability and details. • Color add-ons for bundles or wigs are an additional $50–$100, due at the time of drop-off. Text for exact pricing and confirmation. 🪮 Detangling Fee Policy • Please arrive with your hair fully detangled to ensure a smooth and timely appointment. If detangling takes longer than 10 minutes, a $50 fee will be applied. An additional $50 will be charged for each extra hour required. • If your hair is excessively matted and detangling would delay or affect the next client’s scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping keep appointments running on schedule. 📍 Location • 6776 southwest fwy. Suite # 270 located in room # 1 🕒 Timing & Grace Period • We offer a 10-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, appointments will be automatically cancelled out of respect for other clients. • If I can accommodate you a 1$ per minute charge will be added to your service • Please plan your day so you are not rushed—we take our time to ensure quality results and do not rush our work. 😞Cancelations If a cancellation or no-show occurs after your wig has already been customized, a $60 customization fee will be required before the unit can be released to you. This fee covers the time, labor, and materials used to prepare your wig. ❌No refund policy Due to the nature of our services and/or products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues regarding your service/ purchase, you are encouraged to contact us directly. We are happy to address concerns through messaging and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues; however, this does not intel a refund. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. ❤️ Courtesy • Please be mindful of the client scheduled after you. • We ask that you do not schedule other activities immediately after your appointment so we can give your service the full attention it deserves.
