All cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be completed 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. 

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once processed, your deposit will be refunded/transferred to your future booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Late Cancellations/No Shows. 

YOU MUST BOOK A PATCH TEST IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT OR RECEIVING A TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON. ALL PATCH TESTS MUST BE COMPLETED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TREATMENT. FAILURE TO BOOK THE RELEVANT PATCH TEST WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED/DELETED.

Laura did an amazing job tinting and shaping my brows! She took the time to get the shape exactly right, and the tint is the perfect colour. Laura  has a beautiful  .. friendly vibe from the second you walk through her doors .. got my make up done and because I don’t wear make up usually I preferred a more natural look … well that’s what I got .. she made me look blemish free   And very natural but highlighted my cheekbones and my eyes .. she come highly recommended and I can see why .. makeup stayed on all day .. thank you so much again  Laura xx
