Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. A payment link will be forwarded after completion of booking request (for 1st time clients only) Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. I will always do my very best to resolve your ailments however this is not a guaranteed outcome.
