Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. The Company endeavours to be right on time on any visit but sometimes due to transport-related and other problems beyond the Company’s control the team may arrive with a delay or the cleaning visit may be rescheduled; the Company will arrange an immediate replacement should an operative be unable to attend and will inform the Client prior to the visit. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation should the client's original requirements change, and if collection of keys is required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, or more than a 10 minute walk, a £20 charge will apply; the team of cleaners will come fully equipped and will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and materials to carry out the service. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and must ensure there is running hot water, electricity and appropriate light at the property upon arrival of the cleaners; our team will also require either a parking space or valid permit for one vehicle, or metered parking to be paid for by the Client. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, but the Client agrees to inspect the work immediately on completion and any issues raised at that time will be addressed by the team to the Client’s satisfaction. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
