She was gentle with my locs during my retwist appointment, and was careful not to tug on my hair like some other locticians tend to. I also had some concerns and she listened and helped me out. Additionally, she nailed the style I wanted. If you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff and will take good care of you, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!”
