As in if you do not book WASH AND DRY hair needs to washed and dried before I arrive.. Or if I have to wait outside longer than 10 mins, your appointment is cancelled.. You have a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins, if I’m still able to service you, you will be charged $20 late fee will be added to your total. After 10 mins, your appointment will be cancelled & you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. ✨If I am traveling to you please allow me a 30 minute grace period due to Houston traffic. ✨Please communicate with me if you are going to be late by texting or calling the number provided. All deposit will go towards the final total of your service!
