Please keep in mind that: I am not responsible for any allergies if you are allergic to something please let me know . For appointment day: An extra $10 fee will be charged after 10 minutes. After 25 minutes the appointment is cancelled ! (the deposit does not go back to you) For a group (meaning more than one booked) if someone ends up cancelling from your party that deposit is lost it cannot be used towards any other glam in your party because each person is saving their own spot. No deposit = No appointment You cannot reschedule last minute, has to be a month before. Nothing is gaureenteed if I have the availability we can do it if not that deposit gets lost. Any cancellations lose their deposits even if it's for a whole group. I am always responsible and l expect you to value my time and work and respect my agenda. Thank you.
