By booking an appointment with Lily Glow & Co, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Every service will require a 25% deposit. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments, after which the appointment will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. Lily Glow & Co reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion. All clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Lily Glow & Co is not liable for any lost or damaged items. Clients must disclose medical information or allergies before receiving services. Lily Glow & Co is committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all clients.
