*Please make yourself familiar with my policies which are posted on my instagram page highlights before agreeing to the terms* If you need to cancel your appointment please make me aware at least 48 hours before your appointment is due to begin. • Cancellations in the 48 hours leading up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge. • Cancellations in the 12 hours leading up to your appointment (i.e the evening before or the day of) will result in a 100% charge. • Any cancellation payments MUST be paid before re-booking. • CASH PAYMENT ONLY • I will not remove anyone else’s work unless we have spoken about it and arranged it before the appointment. • Myself and the other Nail Techs would like to make clients aware that our appointments must remain child-free. As a mum myself I understand childcare stress, however keeping child-free creates the most positive experience for ourselves and for the clients.
