***PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING*** - All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $20 sent via Venmo @laurenlylashes or via Zelle @7145665564 to secure your appointment date & time. -If I have not received your deposit within 24hrs after booking, your appointment will be cancelled and available to others. - Your deposit will go towards your service. - After you have sent your deposit, you will receive a confirmation text of your appointment in my books. - 24hrs before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text that will include my full address. Please reply to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Failure to respond to your 24hr reminder text by end of day, will lead to an automatic cancelation of your appointment and loss of deposit. -Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs in advance. Same day cancelations or reschedules will result in a lost deposit and new deposit needed. - Please arrive on time the day of your appointment. If you are going to be late, let me know. I allow a 15 minute grace period, anything later may result in a cancelled appointment. - At the time of your appointment, all clients must be 18+ , sign an agreement/consent form, and arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. - After your appointment, if an allergic reaction occurs I will remove your lash set free of charge and it will be up to you to see your physician. - Lastly, right after your appointment you have 48hrs (2 days) to let me know if there is something wrong, or if you need for me to fix anything and I will do so free of charge. Notice after 48hrs will result in a paid service if needed. PAYMENT OPTIONS: - Cash (preferred) - Venmo @laurenlylashes - Credit/Debit Card - Zelle -Apple Pay NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
