•DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of $75 (full sets) is required to secure your appointment. • CANCELLATION Clients are required to pay a $50 or 100% of service cancellation fee if their appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • LATE ARRIVAL You have a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment is canceled. •IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT FILLS: Please come in with no make-up on or around the eyes prior to your full set/fill appointments. 40 % of retention is required in order to be considered a fill. If not considered a fill in you may be charged either a full set price and or a $25 add on fee to your fill in balance. Please take care of your extensions by following ALL aftercare instructions. • ADDITIONAL GUESTS Additional guest are not allowed at appointments ,including children unless prior approval. •PAYMENT All payments are due at the time of service .
