✨ Kiki Cleaners LLC – Service Terms & Conditions Booking a service or submitting a deposit confirms agreement to the following: ⸻ 💳 Booking & Payment • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments • Deposits apply toward the final service total • Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion • By booking service, the client agrees to contact Kiki Cleaners LLC directly regarding concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute • Documentation, photos, messages, invoices, and signed agreements may be used to dispute fraudulent chargebacks ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Access • Deposits are non-refundable once booked • 48+ hours notice is required to reschedule • Late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or failure to provide access will result in deposit forfeiture • Access must be ready at time of arrival (keys, codes, instructions) •If access is not provided within 15 minutes of arrival, Kiki Cleaners LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit ⸻ 🧼 Scope of Work • Cleaning includes visible and accessible areas only • Furniture and appliances are not moved • Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, under furniture, or in obstructed areas is not included unless added • Areas must be cleared and accessible prior to service • Only services selected at booking are included • Wall and ceiling cleaning is not included ⸻ 💲 Pricing & Condition Adjustments • Quotes are based on information and photos provided by the client • Pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if actual conditions differ from those represented at booking • Final pricing is based on size, condition, buildup, pet hair, odors, and time required If additional work is needed: • Approval will be requested before continuing • If no response is received, service will continue within booked scope or be completed as-is ⸻ ⏱️ Service Completion & Satisfaction • Services are billed based on scope, not time • Concerns must be reported with photos within 3 hours of service completion • After this window, the service is considered completed • This policy does not apply to inspections, landlords, housing offices, or third parties • Refunds are not provided once service has been completed ⸻ 🚪 Access & Work Conditions • The home must be accessible and safe at the scheduled time • Unsafe or unworkable conditions may result in cancellation or early termination • A $50 service fee may apply in these cases without refund ⸻ 🏠 Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning • Homes must be empty of trash, food waste, and excessive debris • Personal items should be minimal to allow proper cleaning • Cleaning cannot be completed while movers, pack-outs, or repairs are in progress • If conditions prevent service, the appointment may be forfeited • Cleaning services are not contingent upon landlord, military housing, property management, or inspection standards ⸻ 🧽 Carpet, Upholstery & Specialty Cleaning • Cleaning is limited to visible and accessible surfaces only • Deep stains, odors, wear, or damage may not be fully removable • Results vary based on condition and material • Cleaning improves appearance but does not restore worn materials ⸻ 🪖 CIF / TA50 Cleaning • Cleaning includes removal of visible dirt, dust, and buildup only • Items are not altered, painted, or repaired • Rust, permanent staining, or damage may not be fully removable • Final acceptance is determined by CIF standards and is not guaranteed ⸻ 🧺 Home Preparation • Light preparation is recommended prior to service • Heavily cluttered, blocked, or inaccessible areas may be skipped and will not result in a refund, discount, or reduction in price • Pets MUST be secured • Fragile or valuable items should be put away • Kiki Cleaners LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items that were not secured prior to service ⸻ 🪑 Furniture & Access • Furniture and appliances are not moved • Cleaning is limited to accessible areas only ⸻ 🚗 Service Area • Pricing reflects homes within the standard service area • Locations outside this area may require a higher minimum service total ⸻ ⚠️ Additional Notes • Fragile, delicate, or older surfaces may show wear after cleaning due to prior condition • Popcorn ceilings and similar textures are not serviced ⸻ 📸 Photos & Marketing • Photos are taken for documentation and marketing purposes • Faces and sensitive information will not be shown • You may request to opt out prior to your service •Photos may be taken before, during, and after service for documentation of property condition and completed work ⸻ 🌧️ Weather Policy • Unsafe weather or travel conditions may require rescheduling • Deposits will transfer to the rescheduled appointment ⸻ ✔️ Agreement Booking a service confirms agreement to all terms and selected service details
