🌸✨ KASH KRYLX BOOKING POLICIES ✨🌸 (Please read before booking 💅🏽) ‼️‼️ATTENTION ‼️‼️ 💰 Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot & goes toward your total. 💅🏽 Nail Fixes: I will fix any broken or chipped nails and replace any missing charms/decals within 48 hours after your appointment for FREE. After the 48 hour time frame I do charge a fee. 📱 Payment Fees: I accept debit/credit card and cash payments. A $3 fee applied for mobile payments (Cash App, Apple Pay, etc.). There is a processing fee that is applied to every service at checkout 🗓️ Cancellations & Reschedules: • Must be done 24 hours in advance — no exceptions. • Last-minute changes or cancellations may result in a fee or booking ban. • You may reschedule up to 2 times before a new deposit is required. ⏰ Late Policy: You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee applies. If the late fee cannot be paid, your appointment will be canceled — no exceptions. If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be canceled — no exceptions. 🧼 Nail Prep & Cleanliness: Please come with clean nails, free of color or debris, unless booking a soak off. I do not work over fungus, infections, or damaged nails. 🎨 What You Book = What You Get: • Please double-check your selection — no last-minute changes once service begins. • When booking, please include an inspo picture of the nails you want (except for freestyle sets). 🚫 No Extra Guests: No company allowed during your appointment — this keeps the vibe peaceful + focused. ⚡ Squeeze-In / After Hours: Need something last minute or after hours? There’s a $50 fee for that convenience. 🚗 Mobile Appointments: There’s a $100 minimum service total + travel fee for all mobile services. For special events ONLY ie, wedding parties, birthday’s, hotel or air bnb festivities, in town performances etc — I do not do house calls. 💅🏽Travel Fee (based on distance from my location): • 0–10 mi: $15–$20 • 11–15 mi: $22–$30 • 16–20 mi: $32–$40 • 21–25 mi: $42–$50 • 26–30 mi: $52–$60 • 30+ mi: Custom quote 💡 Fees cover gas, travel time & setup and must be paid at booking. ⸻ 💖 By booking, you acknowledge & agree to all policies.
