By booking an appointment with Kala Hair Braiding, clients agree to abide by the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Kala Hair Braiding reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointments. Kala Hair Braiding is not liable for any lost or stolen items. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
