By booking with K9cardio , you agree to these Policies & Terms. General - By booking any service with K9 Cardio, clients agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure safety, wellbeing and best experience for both dogs and owners. 1. Vaccinations and Health. All dogs must: Be up to the date with vaccinations or titre tested Be free from contagious illness Be treated regularly for fleas, Ticks and worms. 2. Owners must informs K9 Cardio of: Medical conditions Injuries Behavioural concerns Medication requirements K9 Cardio reserves the right to refuse services if a dog is deemed unwell or unsafe to participate. 3. behaviour and safety Owners must provide honest information regarding Reactivity Aggression Bite history Anxiety Escape behaviours Safety is always priority, K9 Cardio reserves the right to use suitable training equipment where necessary for the safety and well being of the dog and member of the public. Some dogs showing dangerous or severely unsafe behaviour may be refused service or referred elsewhere. 4. Training Disclaimer Dog training requires consistency from both dogs and owner. Results cannot be guaranteed as every dog, environment and owner commitment levels differ. Owners are responsible for continuing training and management outside of sessions. 5. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancelling within 24 hours may be charged in full. Repeated last minute cancellations may result in future bookings being refused. 6. Payments Payment is required on the day of the service via agreed payment method. 7. Collection and walking services Owners must ensure dogs are securely accessible. Correct equipment is provided Emergency contact details are up to date and sent to head trainer (Luke) 8. Off lead exercise Dogs will only be let off lead with owners concept and when deemed safe by K9 Cardio. Longlines, retractable leads will be utilised during sessions. 9. Photos and Videos Photo and video may be used for training records, social media unless the owner specifically requests otherwise. 10. Weather and welfare Walks and training session mah be shortened, adjusted or moved for the safety and welfare of the dog.
