Deposits A £10 non- refundable booking fee is required from all new clients, if you are a new customer contact me directly (on Facebook or Instagram ) once you’ve requested your appointment to pay the deposit. Until it has been paid, your appointment is not confirmed. Cancellations cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% fee of the treatment booked in for. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-show appointments will be required to pay the full payment of the treatment booked in for. Late If you are running more than 10 minutes late I may not have time to do the treatment you were booked in for you could possibly be offered an alternate treatment or if there isn’t time you will have to pay for the full treatment you were booked in for as of the cancellation policy.
