Punctuality Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but after that, your service may be shortened or canceled to stay on schedule. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% fee of the booked service. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your service. Simply use your confirmation link or contact us directly. Deposits All appointments require a deposit, which will be applied toward your total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-shows or late cancellations. New Clients Please arrive with bare nails (no product) unless your service includes removal. If you are wearing acrylics from another salon, let us know in advance, as removal may be required. Content Photos or videos may be taken for social media and portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know before your service. Respect the Space This is a private studio — for the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed unless arranged ahead of time.
