Time Restrictions & Late Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please be aware of the following time policies: • Please arrive on time to avoid delays. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. • Appointments running over the scheduled time due to client lateness may result in a shortened service or cancellation. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • For complex or timed bookings (e.g., events or performances), strict start and end times will be enforced.
