At Illusion, we believe that every visit should be a luxurious experience tailored just for you. Our talented hair care professionals are dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. We use only the highest quality products to ensure exceptional results to create and maintain healthy hair.
Whether it’s a fresh new look or a little self-care, we’re here to make your salon visit a memorable one.

Illusion Hair 

Deposits
• Appointments requested via the booking app will only be accepted if a deposit is received within 24 hours. If no deposit is received within 24 hours, the appointment request will be declined.
• Deposits will not be accepted without a corresponding booking on the app.
• No-shows forfeit the 50% booking deposit.

Confirmations
• Clients will receive a confirmation message 24 hours after their booking deposit has been received.

Cancellation
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your 50% deposit.

 Arrival Time
• Clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment.
• Late arrivals will result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Payment Policies
• Accepted payment methods include EFT and SnapScan payments.
• Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. 

Client Conduct
• We strive to create a welcoming environment. Any behaviour deemed disrespectful or disruptive will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
• We kindly request refraining from bringing any friends or family to your appointment.

Service Satisfaction
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your stylist before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
• For the best results we kindly ask that our clients rely on our Professional Salon Approved products, therefore, utilising your own products such as hair dye, relaxer, hair tools, etc. in our salon is prohibited.
• Refunds are not provided, but we will offer a complimentary correction within a week of the service.

Health and Safety
• Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivity, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
• We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of all clients.

Children Policy
• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. To ensure the safety of all clients, we ask that you keep children seated and attended to during services.

Personal Belongings
• Clients are responsible for their personal items. We recommend not bringing valuables into the salon.

Photography and Social Media
• We love sharing our work! However, please ask for permission before photographing staff or other clients.

 Changes to Policy
• We reserve the right to update our policies as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
