• All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted unless otherwise discussed with technician. • Please be on time. Clients arriving more than 15-20 minutes late may need to reschedule. • Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. • Frequent no-shows may lead to refusal of future appointments. • Payments can be made in cash, or direct deposit at co-op bank AC#121015302. • All services must be paid in full at the end of your appointment. • Please review your nails before leaving the salon. Once you leave, no fixes or refunds will be issued. • If any nail enhancement (acrylic, gel, etc.) breaks within 3 days a complimentary fix may be offered at the technician’s discretion. • If you have any nail infections, cuts, or health conditions affecting your nails, please disclose this before your appointment. • For hygiene reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless agreed upon beforehand. • The technician reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including but not limited to hygiene concerns, disrespectful behavior, or repeated policy violations.
