The remaining payment is taken at the time of your appointment. ~ You have until 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or rearrange, after this time period payment for your lost slot will be required. ~ No shows require full payment of the appointment fee ~ Payment for your service must be paid before leaving the salon via cash or card payment/contactless ~ Please arrive on time to your appointment but no more than 10 minutes EARLY. Lateness may result in being rescheduled or not getting the full service. ~ Children NOT receiving treatment are not allowed in the salon due to my insurance policies, chemicals and choking hazards ~ I will not service or have anyone in the salon under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Your appointment will be cancelled and the full fee will be required ~ Due to my insurance policies and the natural health of under 16's nails, extensions are only for people aged 16+ ~ I will remove another technicians work but will not infill ~Any issues with nails can be fixed FOC within 5 days of the treatment, after this period a fee of ยฃ3 per nail will be charged. ~ Please follow aftercare guidance for the best results, I can only do my part in the salon. ~ Please provide an inspiration image prior to your appointment to ensure the correct nail art tier (simple or detailed) has been selected and so I can advise whether or not I can carry out the desired look. ~ I reserve the right to refuse treatment at any point And that's the boring parts out of the way! Although my policies sound strict they keep both myself and you, as the client, safe and happy allowing the salon to run smoothly.
