Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Please note that there is a 16 minute grace period, once passed a fee of $20 will to added to your total. I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment and I started on time. The area is very sanitary and so is the esthetician. I complete my brow wax in about 5 minutes, definitely not to painful. Awesome experience overall!!!!!

I had my first waxing experience today and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything . The experience itself was as comfortable as a waxing can be, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.
