“It was Bailey's first time at Helen's, he's a rescue dog , so no history to go by. I stayed through out and Helen was so gentle and took things very slowly. , making sure Bailey was comfortable at all times. Will certainly go back. Just need Bailey to get used to noises like a hair dryer”

“I recently took my 4 month old pup for her first groom . I was quite anxious because i diddnt know how my pup would react . But helen was apsolutly brilliant with her she made the experiance very pleasant for my pup and she felt at ease with her which is very important . And she looks apsolutly georgous . And as an extra bonus she loved her pick n mix treat pot to take home with her . ”

“A brilliant experience for our rehomed 10 year old Cairn terrier cross Bertie. Helen was welcoming & gentle, taking the time to check what we wanted whilst putting Bertie at ease. It was a great comfort to stay with Bertie during the groom, which he settled into. It’s very reassuring to find such a gentle person as Helen who cares deeply that the dog being groomed isn’t stressed or anxious. If Bertie became worried then Helen stopped & moved on to doing another part of his body. Thank you. ”

“My springer spaniel Poppy is a Nervous dog, as a rescue dog we have unfortunately had some bad luck with groomers and I was given the phone number of Scruffy to Fluffy and I cannot recommend them enough... Poppy was after about 10 minutes relaxed and had a beautiful cut and wash and we were very happy indeed..and the treats on offer were lovely...Thank-you so much for taking your time with Poppy....❤️”
