FirstGlanceLashes Appointment Policy At FirstGlanceLashes, we value your time and are committed to providing the best experience possible. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable service for all clients, please review our appointment policies below: ⸻ 📅 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your total service cost. • Appointments must be booked online or directly through our booking system. • Full remaining balance is due at the time of service (cash or card accepted). ⸻ 🕛 FirstGlanceLashes operates Tuesday to Friday , from 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM Appointments requested outside of these hours are considered Out-of-Hours and will incur a €20 additional fee. Out-of-Hours appointments are limited, subject to availability, and must be arranged directly. To request an Out-of-Hours slot, please contact FirstGlanceLashes via DM or text prior to booking. ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and will pay a no show fee of 50% • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from future bookings. ⸻ 👁 Fills • Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. Anything beyond 3 weeks will be considered a full set. • You must have at least 40% of lashes remaining to qualify for a fill. ⸻ 🧼 Clean Lashes Only • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. This ensures better retention and more time for lashing. ⸻ 🧒 Guests & Children • For safety and relaxation purposes, no additional guests or children are allowed during your appointment. ⸻ 📸 Content Creation • We love showing off our work!
