Booking & Appointment Policy Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Deposits & Payments To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of making the appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your total service cost. Please note that all final payments are non-refundable. Punctuality & Grace Period Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that delays can happen, so a 10-minute grace period is permitted. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your total service cost. Special Booking Requests Outside Business Hours For bookings requested before or after standard business hours, please contact us directly at 857-352-8662. These appointments will include a $50 premium fee. Traveling Services When booking a traveling service, please ensure you include the full service address at the time of booking.
