Fancy Fluff Grooming

Welcome to Fancy Fluff Grooming. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and satisfaction for our clients, their pets, and our groomers. We maintain a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $15 late notice fee, applicable only to services over $20. No-call, no-show clients will be charged 50% of the total scheduled services. Failure to pay this fee will prevent future appointments. All pets must be in good health upon scheduling or have a signed release from a veterinarian. If we identify any health concerns during grooming, we will notify you immediately and recommend veterinary care. We accommodate pets with special needs and behavior issues meaning our facility will use muzzles as needed and we follow a humanity over vanity policy, meaning we will do what is best for your pet always. All pets must be up to date on rabies and bordatella vaccines to be serviced, please send a photo of it via email or our buisness number. Thankyou for your understanding and support.
