E.S.Hair Studio Appointment Cancellation Policy Please read the cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment. When booking your appointment a minimum of 24 hours ' notice is required in order to reschedule or cancel. Any notice that is less than 24 hours will be a 100% charge of that scheduled service. The same rule applies for any "No Show" and "No Call" as well. Please allow adequate time for travel in order to arrive at your scheduled appointment. In an effort to ensure all clients receive the full amount of time they have reserved for their appointment, I do not have the assumed 15 minute window for late arrivals.
