I am forced to incorporate new adjustments in rules and prices.

In order to be able to offer you a better quality of service and avoid delays at the time of your appointment, it is important that you keep in mind the following:

✅ PUNCTUALITY is important. On the day of your appointment you will have a period of 10 minutes of grace. It is at the discretion of the technician whether he attends or not. Keep in mind that there are other appointments scheduled after you. If you are accepted to attend you after exceeding the time (already letting me know that this afternoon and having accepted that I arrive at your appointment) you will have an additional charge to your service of $20 for the delay. THAT CHARGE WILL NOT BE NEGOTIABLE.

✅ Appointment that does not show up on the day and time that was already scheduled without notifying or canceling 24 hours BEFORE you will have to pay a deposit in advance to schedule a new appointment. If you want another appointment for a future occasion, you will have to send a deposit of half of the total services you want at your next appointment. That deposit will be credited to you on the day of your appointment, at the end of the service you will pay the remaining difference. If you do not attend, the deposit will NOT be refundable or transferable. After having failed two appointments, no more appointments will be scheduled.

✅If you have doubts about the total you will pay at the time of your service, ask before doing the service. I will gladly give you an answer. This way we avoid misunderstandings when making your payment.

✅ The touch-up is every 14 to 20 days. After this time the service can be considered as full set and will have the charge as full set. THIS WILL DEPEND ON THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE NAILS ARE IN.

✅THE SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE DESIGNS, SHINY STONES, 3D ART, DRAWINGS, ETC.

✅ The work has a color or detachment guarantee in a period of 48 hours after service. This will apply to color lifting, detachment in cuticle area or seals. DO NOT APPLY broken nails, change of color, change of design or shape. That will have additional charges as additional services.

✅It is important that on the day of your appointment you have the necessary time to do the service. As is known to you, I always give the %1001 service so that you are satisfied with the work.

🚨If you bring jobs from another salon or another colleague, it will be at the discretion if you work on that job or remove it. It will depend on the conditions in which it is. In case of removal, additional service charge will apply.

Me veo en la obligacion de incorporar nuevos ajustes en reglas y precios.

Con el propósito  de poder ofrecerles una mejor calidad de servicio y  evitar atrasos al momento de su cita es importante que tenga presente lo siguiente :


✅  Es importante la PUNTUALIDAD.El dia de su cita tendra un periodo de 10 minutos de gracia . Es a discreción de la tecnica si le atiende o no . Tenga en consideracion que hay otras citas programadas despues de usted . De ser acepato atenderle luego de  exceder el tiempo (ya avisandome que esta tarde y haber acceptado que llegue a su cita ) tendra un cargo de adicional al de su servicio de $20   por  la tardanza . ESE CARGO NO SERA NEGOCIABLE.

✅ Cita que no se presente el dia y la hora  que ya fue agendado sin notificar o cancelar 24 horas  ANTES  tendra que pagar un deposito por adelantado para agendar nueva cita.   Si desea nuevamente cita para una futura ocasion tendra que enviar un depósito de la mitad del total de los servicios que desea en su proxima cita . Ese  deposoito se le acreditara el dia de su cita, al finalizar el servicio usted pagara la diferencia  restante. De no asistir el deposito NO SERA reembolsable o tranferible.Luego de haber fallado a dos citas no se le agendara mas citas. 

✅Si tiene duda sobre el total que pagara al momento de su servicio pregunte antes de hacerle el servicio. Con mucho gusto le dare respuesta. De esta manera evitamos malos entendidos al momento de  efectuar su pago.

✅  El retoque es de cada 14 a 20 días.  Después de este tiempo el servicio puede ser considerado como full set y tendra el cargo  como full set . ESTO DEPENDERA DE LAS CONDICIONNES EN QUE SE ENCUENTEN LAS UÑAS.

✅LOS SERVICIOS NO INCLUYEN DISEÑOS , PIEDRAS BRILLOSAS, ARTE EN 3D , DIBUJOS , ETC .

✅ El trabajo tiene garantia de color o desprendimineto en un periodo de 48 horas posterior al servicio. Esto aplicara a levantamiento de color , desprendimientoen area de cuticulas o sellados. NO APLICARA uñas  rotas , cambio de color , cambio de diseño  o forma. Eso tendra cargos adicionales  como servicios adicionales.

✅Es importante que el dia de su cita usted cuente con el tiemponecesario para hacerle el servicio. Commo es de su conocimieto siempre doy el %1001 de servico para que usted salga satisfecho con el trabajo.

🚨Si trae trabajos de otro salon o otra colega sera a discrecion si se le trabaja sobre ese trabajo o se remueve . Depenndera de  las condiciones en que se encuentre . En caso de remocion aplicará  cargo adicional  del servicio.

🚨La remoción tiene un cargo adicional a su servicio .

🚨Si usted tiene alguna condicion en la piel o de salud que entiende que puede verse afectada con el servicio deseado es importante que lo notifique de ante mano para tomar las precauciones pertinentes.
