Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. If an appointment is not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance or the client doesn’t show up or cancels at the last minute, they will be required to pay the missed deposit before booking their next appointment — if no deposit was paid previously. In case of no-show the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being canceled and the deposit being non-refundable. Eye make-up must be removed before the appointment, I may do it for You but I will charge You £5. I do not supplement eyelashes after other stylists ( the first appointment always starts with a NEW SET ).
