Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee and may lead to permanent removal as a client. 2. Late Policy: Promptness is required to respect both your time and the stylist’s schedule. A late fee of $2 per minute will be applied if you arrive late. If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show. Please communicate with me regarding any delays to avoid this outcome. 3. Included Services: All styles now include a shampoo, condition, blow-dry, and clipped/dusted ends. This ensures your hair is properly prepped for the best results. 4. Trims: If you require a full, detailed trim, please book the Clipped/Trimmed Ends Service to ensure adequate time and attention to your needs. 5. Detangling Services: For clients requiring additional detangling care, please book the Detangle Service when scheduling your appointment. If extra detangling is necessary but not selected, a service fee will be applied. 6. Booking Accuracy: Please book the service that will be performed on the scheduled day. Any request to change the service at the time of your appointment will result in an extra fee and may require rescheduling based on my availability for that day. First-Time Clients: If you are a first-time client, the address will be provided to you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your satisfaction and care are my top priorities.
