Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. On some dates services may be provided by talented, approved team members to ensure timely service; please message Doll Me Up 💄💋 with the details of how many people are booking and by what time everyone needs to be ready. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Travel is offered only for groups of two or more; travel fees vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medica
