You can either make a deposit to my first citizen account or make a down payment at the salon you will receive a receipt. • Late Fees are as followed: There will be 10 minutes grace period after, 15minutes $50, 30 minutes $100, after 40 minutes appointment is canceled or must be rescheduled. To Reschedule appointment is $100 fee. Cancellation fee is $150, before booking another appointment. • Please do not book an appointment with me for a time that you’ll have to be somewhere right before or after your appointment!! I do not rush any of my clients my work isn’t rushed. So please book accordingly. • Kindly give 24-48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. When rescheduling you can only use your $100 deposit once after rescheduling again please consider your deposit lost. • Kindly send screenshot or photo of your receipt when your deposit is made along with your full name. • No extra quests at any time of your appointment unless you contact me or they are getting a service done as well. • VIP (Sundays) are available to book at an additional fee of $50 also before and after hours I am also available to book at fee of $100. • Please note that if there are any issues with your nails, Make-Up or lash set post appointment, it is within your best interest to come back to the salon as soon as possible. • Any inconvenience occurred between 24-72 hours after your appointment would be fixed free of charge. Anything beyond that would require you to book for a (Quick Fill). • Nail Note: I Do Not Work Over Anyone else’s work so please do not book for a refill set if it was not done by me. • Please send photo of your nail beds/ natural eyelashes ( depending on the service you are booking) • Please remember each individual has a unique eye shape, please keep in mind sets won’t look identical.
