YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO GET TATTOOED! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All tattoo appointments for Justin Watters @ Creative Watters Art Company require a 20% non refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be applied towards the price of the tattoo unless you forfeit your deposit. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF: 1. You are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time 2. You Cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time 3. You Reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time 4. You drastically change the basic agreed upon idea for the tattoo design 5.
