By booking with Cozy Tails Pet Resort, LLC, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $5.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients should provide the date they need their pet cared for, a reachable phone number for issues that may arise, and their home address so Cozy Tails Pet Resort, LLC can provide the service. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. Cozy Tails Pet Resort, LLC may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
